About Me

Alyssa has worked in the beauty industry as a Makeup Artist and Aesthetician for the past 12 years. Her experience includes having worked at MAC Cosmetics where she became an accomplished makeup artist, and at a well-known beauty bar in San Francisco, where she was immersed in all things eyes and has become an expert at lashes and brows.

Some of Alyssa’s work includes celebrities, weddings, photo shoots, fashion shows, music videos, music performances/concerts, film/commercials, facilitating classes and other special events.

In addition to being a makeup and a lash/brow specialist, she also has experience working as a Medical Aesthetician within a Dermatology practice. In a medical setting, she was able to utilize her advanced skincare knowledge along with high-grade products and treatments in order to resolve her client’s skin concerns and achieve desired results.

Alyssa attended the University of San Francisco where she received a BS in Marketing (Minor in Fine Arts and Latino Studies) and then continued at the Cinta Aveda Institute where she became an Aesthetician and CIDESCO (Comite International d'Esthetique et de Cosmetologie) Diplomat, which is known as the most prestigious qualification in the field of Esthetics and Beauty Therapy. Her diverse experience enables her to be able to provide her clients with much knowledge and expertise.

She is currently furthering her depth in the world of beauty and is working towards achieving a BSN (Bachelors of Science in Nursing). As a Cosmetic Nurse in a Dermatology/Plastic Surgery setting, she will be able to continue the development of her passion for all things beauty..
